DTF printing
Choosing DTF Powder for a Repeatable Transfer Workflow
Choose powder as part of an approved film, ink and garment combination. Evaluate application consistency and finished-transfer performance rather than selecting on price or appearance alone.

Define the intended garment
Specify fabric composition, color and the application area. Ask the consumable supplier for compatibility information and handling documentation. Keep the candidate powder identified throughout the trial; mixing products prevents a useful comparison.
Inspect the result at each stage
Check whether coverage is even, excess material is removed as intended and the cured film handles consistently. Then assess the pressed garment for edge lift, unwanted texture and design detail. Use the supplier’s process limits and safety instructions; do not invent a universal curing temperature.
Production checklist
Use these checkpoints to prepare a trial or discuss the configuration with your supplier. Record the result for each item before approving a production change.
- Exact powder identification
- Fabric and film compatibility
- Supplier handling instructions
- Transfer and garment test record
Can powder solve every adhesion problem?
No. Adhesion also depends on film, ink, garment, curing and pressing. Investigate the full process before changing a single consumable.
